DRAFT FOR REVIEW
Privacy notice
This draft is for product planning and is not legal advice or a final privacy policy. It must be reviewed and completed before public registration opens.
Information we handle
Kingdom Comms is designed to process account details, church workspace settings, member records, events, registrations, announcements, and attendance information entered by a church and its users.
How information is used
Information is used to provide and maintain the church workspace, authenticate users, deliver requested communications, protect the service, and provide support.
Early access waitlist
If you submit an early access request, we collect your church name and email address, plus any optional contact name, phone number, role, or church size you provide. We use these details to manage the waitlist and contact you about early access and setup. If you select the optional product-updates checkbox, we record that choice and when you made it. The details are stored in the Kingdom Comms application database and are available only to authorized platform staff for follow-up. You can ask us to correct or remove your request using the contact details on our contact page.
Church responsibility
Churches decide what member information to add and are responsible for having the authority and notices needed to use that information in the service.
Access and security
Workspaces are intended to keep each church’s data separate. The final policy must describe verified security controls, service providers, retention, backup, and incident procedures.
Choices and requests
The final policy must explain how users can request access, correction, export, or deletion and how churches can contact the service operator.
Contact
Contact details and the data controller/operator identity must be supplied before this notice is published as final.
