Kingdom Comms provides church workspaces and the features described on the current product website. Features may vary by release and plan.
Church accounts
Churches are responsible for maintaining accurate account details, protecting administrator credentials, and assigning workspace access appropriately.
Member information
Churches must have the necessary rights and permissions to add and use personal information. The final agreement must define each party’s data responsibilities.
Plans and payment
Displayed prices are subject to confirmation until billing is enabled. Premium features that are not yet available must not be treated as delivered services. Custom work requires a written scope.
Availability and support
The final terms must describe service availability, maintenance, support channels, and any response commitments actually offered.
Suspension and termination
The final agreement must describe suspension, cancellation, data export, retention, and deletion procedures.
Operator and governing terms
The legal identity, contact address, governing law, dispute process, and effective date must be supplied before publication as final.
