DRAFT FOR REVIEW
Refund & cancellation policy
This draft is for product planning and is not legal advice or a final agreement. It must be reviewed and completed before paid plans go on sale.
Before prices are decided
Every plan’s price is undecided and no payment is taken, so there is nothing to refund. A church can stop using its workspace at any time.
Paid plans
Paid plans are bought in advance for a fixed period, monthly or annual, as shown at checkout. A paid period starts when the payment is confirmed.
Cancelling
A workspace owner can choose not to renew at any time. The workspace keeps its paid features until the end of the period already paid for. The final policy must state which plan the workspace moves to afterwards. Records are not deleted when a plan ends.
Refunds
The final policy must state whether, when, and how much is refunded for unused time, for duplicate or mistaken payments, and for service problems, and how long a refund takes to reach the original payment method.
Failed, partial, and disputed payments
A payment that fails or is only partly received does not upgrade a workspace. The amount still owed is shown to the workspace owner. The final policy must describe how disputes and chargebacks are handled.
How to ask for a refund
Requests will be made through the support contact listed on the contact page. The final policy must state the information needed and the response time actually offered.
