Run your church.
Reach every member.
Management software, built for the Church. Plan services and events, send notices that land on members’ phones, see who attended the service, and share last Sunday’s message. It's all in here.

Members & ministries
Know every member.
Keep your members' details in one directory, organised the way your church already works: classified by ministries, cell fellowships & others.
- Already have records? Import a CSV of up to 500 members at a time.
- Church members get easy access to units and apply to join and serve The Lord; Unit heads review, and make decisions.
- Group your congregation into segments. From age groups and marital status to units and gender.

Events & registrations
Create, publish, registrations come rolling in.
Create services and events, in person or online, one-off or recurring. Members register in the app and choose to be reminded ahead of time.
- Your own registration questions: text, email, phone, number, date, dropdown, single or multiple choice
- Bus pickup points with times and seats, chosen by members when they register
- “Add to Calendar” for Google Calendar or the phone’s own calendar

Announcements & push notifications
The right notice, to the right people, completely free.
Write it once. It arrives as a push notification and stays in the app’s messages, so a notice swiped away is never lost.
- Send to everyone, a ministry, a cell, a segment, an event’s registrants, or specific members
- Send now or schedule it, and see how many deliveries went through
- Automatic birthday greetings sent for everyone

Attendance check-ins
Ask “Are you in church?” and get answers in seconds.
Schedule a check-in for any service, during it or after it. Nothing goes out on its own: when it is due, an admin chooses to send it, delay it, or skip it.
- Members answer straight from the notification: in church, online, or couldn’t attend
- Answers grouped by the exact service date, so you can compare congregation size accurately

Sermon recordings
Last Sunday’s message, available all week.
If your church records services, each new recording comes into the member app with a notification, and members listen right there.
- A player that keeps playing while members move around the app
- Listening time for each recording, in the admin console
- Recordings only — Kingdom Comms does not stream live video or audio
“So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.”

Steward
Say what you need. Steward drafts it.
Type a rough note the way you would text a colleague. Steward turns it into a notice or an event, and nothing is saved until you approve it.
- Drafts announcements and events from a few words, or from a flyer
- Answers questions about your church’s records, like recent attendance or upcoming events
- Shows you where things are in Kingdom Comms

Frequently asked questions
Can’t find your answer? Ask us on WhatsApp.
What can a church do with Kingdom Comms?
Keep member records and ministries in one place, publish services and events with registration and bus pickups, send push notices to chosen audiences, run attendance check-ins, and bring sermon recordings into a member app with your church’s name on it.
Can my church join now?
Yes. Choose Try for Free to set up your church’s workspace yourself in a few minutes, or book a getting-started session and we will set it up with you.
Do members need to download an app from a store?
No. Members open your church’s link in their phone’s browser and add it to their home screen. It then opens like an app and can receive push notifications.
Can we import member records?
Yes. Download the CSV template from the import window, fill it in, and upload up to 500 members at a time. You see a preview first: every row is checked, and any row with a problem, such as a missing name or an invalid email address, is listed so you can fix it. Rows whose phone number or email already belongs to a member of your church are skipped, so existing records are never overwritten or added twice.
Does it stream our services live?
No. Kingdom Comms plays sermon and service recordings your church has posted on Mixlr, YouTube, SoundCloud or Spotify. It does not stream live video or live audio.
Who owns our church’s data?
Your church does. Kingdom Comms uses your data only to run your workspace and never sells it, and each church’s workspace is kept separate from every other church’s.
Can we export our data?
Yes. Administrators can download your member list as a CSV file at any time from the Members page, with each member’s contact details, units, fellowships and segments. The export follows any filters you have applied, and every export is recorded in your activity log.
How is member information protected?
Kingdom Comms is designed around the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 (NDPA). Your church is the data controller for its members’ information, and Kingdom Comms processes it on your behalf. When a member asks to be removed, your administrators can permanently delete their profile together with their devices, notifications, reminders and unit memberships. See the privacy notice and the data processing addendum.
Is Kingdom Comms free?
Yes. Kingdom Comms is free for churches. There is no card to enter and no trial period, and everything described on this page is included.
What is not included?
Online giving and donations, live streaming, SMS and email campaigns, child check-in, volunteer scheduling, accounting, store-listed mobile apps and third-party integrations other than recording providers, are not part of the product.
